Integral logistics for destination of a new Clinker plant. The project included the reception of theh lead on port, reports of inspections of unloading and lashing, documentary management and delivery at the plant of 700 containers and 3320 m3 of oversized load.


Challenge:

The biggest challenger of this project was to perform the transportation of the ferrules that make up the Clinker oven. These ferrules has a diameter of 5.10 meters, and the maximum height allowed to transport cargo is of 5.50 due to the height of the bridges, for whih these parts had to be transported on special platforms with a height of only 30 centimeters from the floor to the highest point of the plaform. Had to remove traffic lights, cables and signage from the road in order to be able to make the delivery to the province of Chimborazo.
